Should artists be able to claim that the use of their music for torture constitutes a breach of their moral rights?
It is a very interesting question raised in this article by David Mery of The Register: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/03/21/fighting_torture_with_copyright/ Especially as it stresses the difference between EU (especially French) and US copyright law.
